Was the Mayor of Pensacola
Also known as Peter
Became an orderly in the Pensacola hospital on April 18, 1782. On January 1, 1786, he became majordomo in charge of admissions with an annual salary of $480. He was married. his service record indicates he had ordinary ability, poor application and good conduct. He is probably the same Pedro Alba who became president of the Board of Alderman in Pensacola in 1822 and served as mayor of the city in February and October, 1824.
